FAQ
When will I receive my photos?
With the exception of weddings, you will receive your photos within 2 weeks of your shoot. We're so confident in this, we offer a money back guarantee. If you don't get your pictures in 2 weeks, we'll refund your entire session fee.
For weddings, give us 4 weeks and the same deal applies.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions are typically one hour. Your time begins at the time you schedule, not the time you arrive. Please ensure you're on time!
Will there be a second shooter at my wedding?
Yes, we only schedule weddings when we can both be there.
Can I extend my session on the day of?
Yes, if we do not have someone scheduled after you. Extra fees will apply.
How do I get my photos?
You will receive a digital link to download photos. We do not provide printing services.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes! Dogs are welcome at all sessions. We ask you let us know ahead of time and bring their favorite toy and treat.
Where do you do your sessions?
We have locations we frequent often, but we are always willing to try new places. Travel fees may apply for destinations more than 50 miles from Springfield.
